a regular basis. We can allot a fixed amount of hours every
month, or every week to update your website by changing
or adding new images or text, maintaining links, updating

for you. You or your administrator can update the text changes

Content Management
Many companies are finding it difficult
to get their updated content online as quickly as they require
and still maintain a high level of design. Our basic content
management solution allows you to simply and quickly add
or edit information on your web site. It is as simple as
using a word processor. No HTML is required.
With this inexpensive solution, you can also approve changes
to a page before publishing. When this option is chosen,
you will see a list of reviewers to choose from. The reviewer
will automatically receive an e-mail notification of the
change about to be made.
Users are restricted from changing other areas of the page
or its underlying HTML, so you do not have to be concerned
about breaking your site. It will save you money in the
long run for those frequent text updates that you hate to
pay us to do!

E-Commerce
When you want to sell your products and services through
a secure system, you have to think about how you will accept
payments. You will want to accept credit card payments directly
from your a shopping cart on your web site. MostCool Media
will help you set up a merchant account and a payment gateway

For smaller businesses with few products, we recommend opening
a sellers account with PayPal. PayPal is an online service
which allows you to send and receive money safely and securely.
It gives you and your customers a neutral source for exchanging
money. It is easy to open a PayPal account. Once you have
accomplished this, you will customize "buy now"
buttons to contain the cost and shipping of each product.
When a sale is made, you receive an email notifying you
that an order has been made and that the funds have been
deposited into your PayPal account. You fulfill the customers
order. When the order has been shipped, you simply mark
the order as shipped and an an email will be sent to your
customer. This will let them know that their product is
on the way.
Every so often you will remove funds from your PayPal account
and deposit them into your bank account. It will take a
couple of days for your bank account to reflect the transfer.
If you prefer, you can request that PayPal sends you a check
in the mail.
PayPal charges Premier and Business accounts to receive

basis. Email marketing involves sending out informational
or promotional messages and/or newsletters to your opt-in
database. It is not spamming. It is not buying a list and
